It is the second largest lake in Nepal the largest in Gandaki Zone.It is the most popular and most visited lake of Nepal. It is the only one lake of Nepal which has temple at the centre part of lake, Natively called Tal Barahi Temple.

Chitwan National Park – the first national park in Nepal. It was established in 1973 and granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984. It covers an area of 932km2 and is located in the subtropical Inner terai lowlands of south-central Nepal in the districts of Nawalparasi, Parsa, Citwan and Makwanpur. One of the last populations of single-horned Asiatic rhinoceros lives in the park, which is also one of the last refuges of the Bengal tiger.

奇特旺国家公园 – 尼泊尔的国家公园，全称皇家奇特旺国家公园。于1973年建立，位于加德满都西南150千米处，公园占地540多平方千米，以产印度独角犀牛闻名。独角犀牛是世界上濒于灭种的动物，极其珍贵。孟加拉虎也是公园里重点保护的动物。1984年，被联合国教科文组织列为世界自然遗产。

Lumbini Garden – in Sanskrit, Lumbini means ‘the lovely’. It is the place where, according to Buddhist tradition, Queen Mahamayadevi gave birth to Siddhartha Gautama in 623 BC, which soon became a place of pilgrimage. Among the pilgrims, Emperor Ashoka who erected one of his commemorative pillars there, identified it as the birth-place of the Buddha

蓝毗尼花园 – 在梵语中，蓝毗尼的意思是“可爱的”，又被称为“佛祖的故乡”。作为佛祖乔达摩-悉达多（释迦牟尼）的诞生地。根据典籍和考古发现证实，佛陀诞生于此，王后摩耶夫人根据当时侨萨罗国的传统，待产要回娘家天臂城，在五月间的月圆日（Vesak）走到兰毗尼村时, 被花团锦簇的美景所吸引，正当王后摩耶夫人沉浸于这良辰美景之中，毫无痛苦地扶着园中的娑罗双树，生下了王子一悉达多。孩子出生后7天，摩耶夫人即去世。悉达多王子由姨母抚养成人。

Tilaurakot – the ancient Shakyan city of Kapilavastu, is considered to be the place where Lord Gautama Buddha spent 29 years of his life. Studies reveal that Gautama Buddha had lived his life as a prince and received all the royal luxuries before renouncing his sthrone and walking out of the Eastern Gate. Tilaurakot is termed as a UNESCO tentative site and is a significant tourist attraction.

县提劳拉歌村 – 距离蓝毗尼 24公里，迦毘罗卫城的宫殿遗址在尼泊尔中西部省迦毘罗卫，被认为是乔达摩悉达多生活了29年的地方。 王子出生的第五天，他被取名为悉达多，意为一切愿成就。悉达多王子相貌端庄，天资聪颖。父亲净饭王对他寄予很大的希望在他16岁时就替他娶了邻国一位美丽的公主。王子悉达多在29岁时，有感于人世生、老、病、死等诸多苦恼，舍弃王族生活，出家修行，开始其六年的苦行出家生活。
